SOCIETY WORK PARTY

The Tree Planting  

The next planned work party at Dromore is planned for the weekend 15/16 February 2003. Start time for both days will be 10am. The following areas are to be tackled:

1. Removal of overgrown vegetation which is encroaching into the lakes mainly around the island on the top lake.

2. Repairing of swims around all three lakes.

3. Leveling of ground around toilet block.

4. Clearing of vegetation along whole length of electric fence.

5. Repair of broken pipes in toilet block.

6. Concruction of inspection chamber at end of soakaway.

7. Planting of trees along top lake bank.

Please bring along spades,shovels, rakes,strimmers,chainsaws and a good sense of humour.
